Sales Counsellors

• Their primary responsibilities include engaging with customers providing product information assisting with purchasing decisions and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Source new sales opportunities through companyprovided leads through calls and emails
• Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries.
• Close sales and achieve the monthly/weekly targets
• Be a team player and build a good relationship with clients
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.

• Candidate must have experience in sales.
• Must have good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Sales target: Candidates should have closed 3 to 4 LPA in their previous organization.
• Talk time: 2 to 3 hours of talk time in the previous organization.
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
• Comfortable with rotational shifts and timings
• Immediate joiner is preferred
