Sports CRM Specialist to one of the leading iGaming companies in Malta

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a sportsenthusiast datadriven and innovative individual to join our CRM team as a Sports CRM Specialist!

Tasks

What you will be doing:

• Work closely with the CRM team to execute all sportsbook campaigns.
• Create datadriven and localised CRM strategies for Sportsbook.
• Implement revamp and own the Sportsbook lifecycle and customer journeys.
• Report indirectly to the Head of Sportsbook ensuring strong vertical growth.
• Take ownership of Sportsbook retention figures.
• Enable effective budget management and allocation forecasting campaign metrics like engagement cost ROI and other key performance indicators for precise evaluation and optimization of campaigns.
• Work in collaboration with the Sportsbook department country managers and other stakeholders.
• Continuously update the teams knowledge of industry trends regulatory changes competitor strategies and CRM best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

Skills and Experience required:

• Previous experience with CRM tools and Sports campaign.
• Sports betting knowledge campaign planning campaign executor analytical skills and iGaming experience.
• Finnish language is an advantage.
