Job Description Summary:
To meet the growing requirements of the Custody business we are seeking a Performance Lead & Coordinator analyst with strong skills in implementing nonfunctional and continuous integration test processes methods testing tools NFR test plans and execution with excellent coordination skills among different stakeholders in product development testing and environment teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Performance Engineering.
2. Minimum 3 years of leading Performance Engineering delivery and creating or advising on Performance Strategy.
3. Performance Testing experience using tools like Load Runner JMeter Performance Center Blazemeter etc.
4. Handson scripting using LR protocols like JAVA HTTP/HTML Oracle NCA Trueclient MQ .Net Webservice Citrix Winsocket etc.
5. Handson experience in developing LR/JMeter scripts from scratch.
6. Handson coding experience in JAVA Shell/Perl scripts C or Python would be an added advantage.
7. Experience in monitoring and diagnostic tools like Dynatrace AppDynamics NewRelic to diagnose and identify performance bottlenecks.
8. Good understanding of SDLC Agile and CI/CD.
9. Good understanding and development experience in Service virtualization and TDM (Test data management).
10. Experience with open source profiling and performance testing tools.
11. Good knowledge in application Profiling of Java and .Net based client/server/web applications.
12. Monitor and collect platformlevel utilization metrics using standard OS monitoring tools like perfmon (Windows) *stat (Linux) nmon (AIX) etc.
13. Investment banking domain knowledge (Trade workflow Custody ETF).
14. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
15. Exposure to functional Test Automation & hybrid keyworddriven datadriven BehaviorDriven Automation frameworks.

Added Advantage:

• Fail Over Security Resilience Scalability testing.
• Exposure to Agile Methodology CI/CD.
• Experience in Service virtualization and Test data management.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Experience in Performance Engineering Automation Tools requirement reviews & able to identify communicate and document discrepancies.
• Development experience in a fastpaced timetomarketdriven environment.
• Understanding of Performance test Processes/Nonfunctional testing lifecycle.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• QA Experience in defining designing & executing performance test use cases and prepare reports by analyzing performance statistics.
• Experience in leading performance test engineers.

Qualification:
Bachelors/masters degree either in technology disciplines.
