First Call Talent Solutions are currently looking to recruit a Sales / Product Support Administrator for our clients nationally recognised company who are a specialist within their field.

The role is covering their Head Office function on a specific product sold into the automotive sector.

The company produce and supply a range of automotive products and are looking to add to their team. This is an exciting time to be joining our clients team with expansions planned throughout 2024.

This role is being recruited for in: Leicester, LE19 + National Operations.

Immediate interviews and starts are available.

Candidate duties will include:

• To provide sales and after sales support both internally and externally to clients throughout the UK
• Administration duties including quotations, order forms, stock and order traceability, invoice control and marketing material
• Ensure sales order processing, stock control and stock ordering are all maintained
• Provide support to the warehouse in the identification, order picking, packing kitting and commissioning of all units
• Liaising with various departments within the company to provide administration support

Candidates will come from a Sales Administration or Sale Support background, have excellent customer service skills and be able to manage a very busy, varied workload.

Hours or work are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm.

Starting salary up to 28kpa depending on experience + Excellent Company Benefits, including annual bonus.
