He will be responsible for General trade sales for Maharashtra and Goa.
The brands he handles must be mass & not niche this gives a wider scope for selection as he would/should have good distribution knowledge. Therefore the brands he handles must be well distributed in urban & rural markets
Distribution strategy quality opening of new markets guiding and mentoring the team
Track and report all sales activities
Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
Must have thorough knowledge of markets & states.
Must know local language of the states.
Should be well versed with computer (MS Office) & having knowledge of ERP system.
Must have knowledge of indenting / sales forecasting / scheme allocation and development / infrastructure building like manpower rural distribution & coverage
Additional experience should have experience of working with SFA (Sales Force Automation) reporting system.
