Job Description
Job Role
- He will be responsible for General trade sales for Maharashtra and Goa.
- The brands he handles must be mass & not niche this gives a wider scope for selection as he would/should have good distribution knowledge. Therefore the brands he handles must be well distributed in urban & rural markets
- Distribution strategy quality opening of new markets guiding and mentoring the team
- Track and report all sales activities
- Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
- Must have thorough knowledge of markets & states.
- Must know local language of the states.
- Should be well versed with computer (MS Office) & having knowledge of ERP system.
- Must have knowledge of indenting / sales forecasting / scheme allocation and development / infrastructure building like manpower rural distribution & coverage
- Additional experience should have experience of working with SFA (Sales Force Automation) reporting system.
