EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 to 3 years.

LOCATION: Mafatlal Centre Nariman Point (Mumbai)
TIMINGS: 9:30AM to 6:30PM
(Saturday Half Day / Sunday Fixed OFF)
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Looking for a Smart presentable female candidates
Able to handle reception and broadline calls.
Reporting to management and assisting with administrative tasks.
Answering phone calls and forwarding calls to respective departments.
Scheduling and confirming appointments meetings and events.
Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
handling enquiries and sorting mail.
Taking Facility rounds and supporting Team.
Dress Code & Grooming Standards
Lobby reception team is expected to look visibly neat and tidy at all times. Following the Dress Code General Guidelines DaytoDay Usage and Grooming Standards allows the team to create an immaculate presence that garners both respect and individuality.
Qualification
Fluency required in English Communication.
Neat in appearance; ability to present a polished imagine and follow uniform guidelines without exception
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good with computer knowledge and preference to Hotel Management background.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word Excel and Outlook.
Handson experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
Good time management skills.
Able to contribute positively as part of a team helping out with various tasks as required.
