Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daytoday operational activities of the accounting outsourcing company.
- Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery to our clients.
- Coordinate with the US based team on workloads and technology.
- Plan monitor and analyze key metrics for the daytoday performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with executivelevel management in the development of performance goals and longterm operational plans.
- Develop implement and maintain best practices for operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure regulatory compliance maintaining records for the Chennai office.
- Manage relationships with key operations vendors.
- Coach and develop the team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Accounting Finance or related field. An MBA or similar relevant field will be an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an operations management role preferably in the call center accounting or finance industry.
- Strong knowledge of operations management accounting and financial principles a plus but not required as these terms can be taught.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with current cloud technology
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to make sound decisions based on data.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity.
