Job Description

Sales Executive Cobham

up to 10000 OTE

Key Responsibilities:


  • Inbound Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound leads and convert them into loyal customers promoting the service. Crossselling and upselling opportunities will also be part of your role
  • Sales Presentations and Pricing: Price up and deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients showcasing the value and benefits of the company s products/services
  • Small Account Relationship Building: Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with small accounts ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
  • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms pricing and contracts to close deals that are mutually beneficial
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market opportunities to guide sales strategies in the context of inbound leads and small accounts
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities opportunities and client interactions in the CRM system
  • Targets Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas within the scope of inbound leads and small accounts contributing to the companys growth
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience










Experience and Skills Requirements


  • 2 years experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset
  • Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
