Key Responsibilities:


As a Sales and Business Support Administrator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our client s sales department while also providing essential business support. Your attention to detail organisational skills and dedication to customer satisfaction will contribute to their success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and maintaining overall business efficiency.


  • Quotation and Order Processing: Produce quotes sales orders purchase orders and delivery notes with meticulous precision and accuracy.
  • Order and Delivery Planning: Collaborate with Operations to coordinate order processing enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Communication: Keep our valued customers informed about the status of their orders deliver exceptional service and promptly address their inquiries.
  • General Administration: Contribute to overall office efficiency by performing essential tasks such as filing data entry and telephone support.
  • Data Reporting: Generate and maintain reports to support informed decisionmaking and continuous process improvement.
  • Marketing Material Proofreading: Review marketing materials for accuracy and consistency.
  • Meeting Organisation: Efficiently arrange and coordinate client and team meetings to ensure their smooth and productive execution.
  • Assist Account Managers: Collaborate with account managers to prepare monthend reports and assist in calling prospects for new or current accounts and monthly meetings.
