Intern Trainee Academic Counselor

We are seeking Intern / Trainee Academic Counselors to assist in guiding students about IIDE s Digital Marketing Courses. This internship offers an opportunity to learn and develop skills in inside sales and academic counseling. Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with a passion for education and student success. Prior experience with EdTech platforms is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist in counseling students regarding course inquiries and career opportunities.
  
• Engage with students and concerned parents inperson and over the phone to address their queries.
  
• Support in achieving daily weekly and monthly targets for student enrollments.
  
• Utilize CRM and sales automation tools to generate sales reports and track student interactions.
  
• Collaborate with senior counselors and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
  

Duration: 1 month internship with the potential for conversion to a fulltime position based on performance.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  
• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a keen interest in sales and counseling.
  
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and previous experience with EdTech platforms is a plus.
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  

Expected deliverables/KPIs:

• Connect with a minimum of 5060 prospective students daily.
  
• Contribute to meeting weekly revenue targets as per batch requirements.
  
• Engage in 23 hours of talk time per day on average.
