Telecaller (Work from Home)
Overview:
As a Telecaller working from home you play a crucial role in the organizations sales and customer service efforts. Your primary responsibility is to engage with potential customers over the phone promote products or services and provide information on pricing and availability. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Promote products or services to generate potential leads
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
- Provide information on product pricing features and terms
- Document and update customer records in the company database
- Follow up with customers on the status of their inquiries
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
- Use scripts and sales strategies effectively
- Conduct customer surveys and feedback gathering
- Attend regular training and development sessions
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Active listening and problemsolving skills
- Customeroriented mindset and a positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in telemarketing is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Proficient in MS Office and call center equipment/software
- Ability to work from home efficiently and independently
- Adaptability and resilience in a fastpaced work environment
- Understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs
- Experience with outbound and inbound calling
