Job Description
- Assists in making substantive preparations for the political process;
- Assesses and analyses inputs from various engagements to contribute to formulating substantive proposals on different topics;
- Provides advice on process design, so that appropriate modalities can be figured out for engagements while ensuing the inclusion of diverse stakeholders;
- Develops and maintains relations with government officials and political and other actors at the working levels;
- Prepares and reviews briefing notes and talking points;
- Participates in meetings and conferences and assists the Office leadership, section chief and other senior colleagues as required;
- Assists in planning, coordinating and supporting activities requiring Office-wide involvement and participation;
- Performs other related duties as required.
