Who You Are
- Proven experience delivering youth work, mentoring, sports based sessions or working in an educational setting.
- Level 2 sports coaching qualification or level 2 Youth Work qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience with programme development and growth.
- Demonstrable passion for using sport as a tool for social development and a drive to help young people have positive and productive futures.
- Awareness of the issues impacting young people today and the kinds of challenges they face.
