Director of Admissions Qatar

Department: NUQ Admissions Salary/Grade: EXS/11 The Director of Admissions is responsible for recruiting qualified students to Northwestern University in Qatar’s four-year undergraduate programs in communication and journalism. The Director manages all aspects of the Qatar Campus admissions cycle relating to the selection and enrollment of NU-Q’s incoming class. This position reports to the Assistant Dean for Student Experience. • Direct and implement recruitment strategies in accordance with NU-Q’s mission. • Develop admissions materials and other media (catalogs, applications, web resources) appropriate to NU-Q’s recruitment strategies, and within university brand management guidelines. • Oversee and manage the admissions budget. • Manage the collection of data related to admissions recruiting and matriculation activities and make data-driven admissions recommendations with the use of the university’s CRM system. • Work with SLATE to manage the recruitment and admission of students throughout the admissions cycle. Capture, measure, and report performance metrics related to recruiting events, applications, application advertising, and future new student enrollments. • Represent the institution and department internally and externally via written materials and presentations. • Network and cultivate relationships with secondary schools and educational organizations across the Middle East and beyond.
