Quality Assurance Lead Software Testing and Quality Assurance

• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies in collaboration and alignment with the Development Lead to ensure the quality of both backend and UI components. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define testing requirements and objectives that works in an agile environment.
  

• Oversee and participate in the execution of manual and automated tests to validate the functionality performance and security of our software applications. Conduct thorough regression testing or other methods to ensure that new features do not negatively impact existing functionality.
  

• Lead the identification documentation and tracking of software defects throughout the development lifecycle. Collaborate with the development team to prioritize and facilitate the resolution of identified issues as well as contributing to improvements of ways of working.
  

• Work towards increasing test automation coverage identifying opportunities to automate repetitive testing tasks and promoting best practices in test automation.
  

• Work closely with the development team providing feedback on the quality of deliverables and collaborating on improvements. Ensure that testing activities align with product objectives and timelines.
  

• Continuously evaluate and enhance product processes tools and methodologies to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.Implement and enforce testing best practices and standards across the product team.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in software testing in a product development context including both manual and automated testing methodologies. Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools with a focus on ensuring the reliability and performance of software applications. Experience from Security and Performance testing is a plus.
  

• Ability to work collaboratively with development teams understanding architectural designs and contributing to the improvement of software quality.
  

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to identify communicate and resolve issues effectively.
  

• Excellent communication skills to convey testing progress issues and results to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  

• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the thorough testing of all aspects of software applications.
