The Miracle has ventured into the Flexible Packaging industry with an aspiration to develop India s 1st Packaging Park.

Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a NPD Manager / AM who will be responsible for new production development in packaging (Mono Carton / Flexible Packaging).
The ideal candidate will be responsible to analyze and identify customer needs and provide them with the solution as per their packaging requirement.
Other responsibilities include coordinate with different departments viz. prepress sales production quality to ensure the feasibility of the newly developed product.
Coordinate with customer until the successful run of the product at their end.
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience of minimum 5 years NPD experience in Mono carton / flexible packaging .
Excellent written verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Esko and Artios CAD will be an additional advantage
