Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for appointing a team of 10 Peoples & 10 Distributor strategically plan sales targets with execute marketing and sales processes effectively in demography assigned to the candidate to realize company s vision.
2. Responsible for Primary & Secondary Sales by Distributor in his Responsible Area.
3. Responsible for hyper growth of company s sales and MLP points through retail channel using his best sales acumen and team leadership.
4. Responsible for doing surveys and market research on a continuous basis to understand the mindset of mechanics by occasionally traveling with his teams in different regions.
5. Responsible for company s sales growth by capturing market share and move ahead of close competitors in the industry.
6. Responsible for taking regular review meetings of his teams in hierarchy.

Key Result Areas:
1. Independently manage aftermarket sales and create new avenues of channel sales
2. Build strong network/ channel by demonstrating great team leadership skills.
3. Champion sales in his working territory.
4. Multiply sales for Luman as Area Head by 2X every quarter for his Territory
5. Contribute significantly to overall growth and profitability of company Mandatory

Skillsets: Pleasing personality excellent communication skills (proficiency in Hindi English and local language) proficient in using Word/Excel/PPT analytical skills presentation skills understanding of data compilation and analysis understanding of automation tools in marketing and sales in the industry powerful trainer a role model for his team a professional with integrity and commitment a great salesman who can sell anything easily a good networker.
