Job Description
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, contract management, or a similar role, preferably in the tech industry or related field.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Cyber Security, Networking, Infrastructure, and Cloud Solutions is preferred.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Sales Process Understanding: Knowledge of the sales process, with a focus on renewals and customer retention.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable terms while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple renewal processes simultaneously.
