Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in gym management, preferably in a boutique fitness setting.
- Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated success in team management and development.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
