Job Description
Legal Consultation and Studies
- Provide legal advice and recommendations on important legal matters and support the decision-making process in order to safeguard and protect the legal interests of organization against any legal liability.
- Monitor the revision of organization’s regulations and organizational decisions to prevent conflicts between their provisions and relevant laws and regulations.
- Establish the legal affairs framework to be implemented across the subordinate departments and install best practices, methodologies, and principles.
