Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will have the following key qualifications and skills:

• Graduation from undergraduate and law schools of quality with excellent academic achievement.
• Member in good standing of a State bar in the United States with the ability to be admitted as in house counsel in Florida.
• At least 10 years of in-house experience counseling large, complex clients on a wide range of legal, business, and compliance matters.
• Experience in a consumer-packaged goods, consumer retail, e-commerce, and/or manufacturing environment. Experience working with the FTC and/or within a regulated products industry, especially those products regulated by the FDA or CPSC would be helpful.
