- Job duties include but not limited to:
- First level remote support on Airport System (CUPPS: Common Use Passenger Processing System)
- To maintain and monitor the server infrastructure on a daily basis
- Performing daily backups and data redundancy
- Handle change requests and software updates
- Troubleshoot hardware issues
- Troubleshoot recurring software/application/host issues ranging from medium to high complexity
- Repair maintain and support PC s Peripherals and CUPPS related hardware
- Delegate tasks to subcontractors (vendor) provide mentorship and ensure tasks are completed per Collins Aerospace standards.
- Responsible for fulfilling targets outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) such as system operation including server and network.
- He/she will require security clearance to work in any area of the airport where supported equipment is located.
- Prepares system operational manuals and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree in IT/Computer Application or an equivalent combination of experience education and training which provides the desired knowledge skills and abilities
- Minimum of three years of relevant IT experience
- Experience with installation maintenance configuration and troubleshooting of Windows workstations on Windows Server environments
- Effective communication in English (written oral and presentation skills)
- Preferential skills and experience Network skills (CCNA) higher knowledge for Windows OS/Windows Server OS
