Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering or architecture with a focus on structural design and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Structural Analysis and Design: Perform comprehensive structural analysis and design using industrystandard software and tools. Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Project Management: Take ownership of structural engineering aspects within projects coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to meet project timelines and deliverables.

Site Inspections: Conduct site inspections to assess existing structures identify potential issues and provide recommendations for repairs or improvements.

Design Optimization: Continuously strive for design optimization costeffectiveness and sustainability in structural solutions.

Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed engineering drawings specifications and technical reports. Review and approve drawings prepared by junior engineers or drafters.

Collaboration: Work closely with architects other engineers and project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of structural elements into overall project design.

Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of structural designs and calculations.

Code Compliance: Stay updated with the latest industry codes standards and regulations. Ensure that all structural designs comply with relevant building codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (B.E/B.Tech). Advanced degree or additional certifications would be a plus.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural engineering.

Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is highly desirable.

Proficient in structural analysis software and design tools.

Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
