Job Description
Technical Skills and Knowledge
- Experience with learning managements systems including SumTotal would be ideal but not required
- Experience of analysis and reporting tools (Tableau preferred, Business Object, SAS etc)
- Demonstrable skills for data extraction and transformation (preferable SQL or SAS)
- Highly organised, analytical and focused on details
- Advance knowledge in MS Excel used for business reporting and analysis
- Demonstrable strong analytical and trend spotting skills
- Demonstrable understanding of learning development tools and processes would be ideal
