A startup brand in West London is seeking a talented Sales Manager to join their team. The brand designs casual wear for women men and kids. They have a successful online distribution business. They are seeking a Sales Manager to help them develop a wholesale business selling into independents up and down the country.

Sales Manager: The Role:

• Setting and implementing sales strategies to open new business accounts.
  
• Developing and implementing short mid and longterm sales and marketing strategies.
  
• Presenting product and negotiating with senior buyers and management.
  
• Taking responsibility for business growth and achieving healthy sales margins.
  
• Building excellent ongoing business relationships through good account management.
  
• Keeping up to date with nationwide and regional fashion trends.
  

Requirements

• have prior experience in selling to independents is necessary
  
• have sales experience in apparel and fashion
  
• be confident and driven in your role
  
• have good communication skills
