Role and Responsibilities:
Job description:
- Overlooking the sales process handling final negotiation and closing.
- Responsible for networking & joint business planning with existing and new channel partners
- Handling a team to generate clients & build relationships for referrals
- Help reduce the turnaround time for closing the deals
- Working on market analysis reports pre and post monetization.
- Effectively manage the onsite sales team.
- Negotiation and Closing.
- Prepared Sales budget and sales projections.
- Build referral and lead generation network.
- Assists in the completion of monthly targets.
- Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business report.
Candidate Requirements:
- Any graduate with proven work experience of 10 plus years in the field of real estate sales in Mumbai
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
