IT Strategist

• Lead the digital transformation initiatives across the company group overseeing project execution implementation and continuous updates of the organization with cuttingedge tools and solutions
  
• Formulate a comprehensive digital roadmap and implement it to align with the companys business objectives.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand their requirements evaluate existing processes and recommend suitable digital solutions. This includes designing developing or sourcing solutions internally or externally to enhance productivity and provide a seamless digital experience for stakeholders.
  
• Maintain an agile mindset consistently explore digital opportunities and provide recommendations for transformative initiatives that benefit the business.
  
• Stay proactive in identifying and leveraging the latest trends in retail technology such as cloud computing big data and artificial intelligence to enhance overall business operations.
  
• Develop and execute strategies for enhancing customer experience incorporating technologies like augmented reality and virtual reality.
  
• Implement AIpowered customer service solutions to ensure timely support and improve customer satisfaction.
  
• Utilize big data analytics strategically to optimize inventory management and forecasting for efficient product placement.
  
• Deploy cloud computing solutions to enhance scalability and flexibility enabling the company to adapt to changing market conditions and customer demands.
  
• Oversee the development and implementation of a sustainable cybersecurity strategy to safeguard business and customer data.
  
• Collaborate closely with ERP Infrastructure Brand & Digital Marketing Teams (crossfunctional) and Software Developers to ensure IT alignment with the companys overall goals.
  
• Conduct both actual and budget planning for IT development costs.
  

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or a related digital field or possess equivalent relevant experience.
  
• Accumulate at least 5 years of experience in IT strategizing or digital transformation preferably within the retail industry.
  
• Demonstrate excellent project management and execution skills managing multiple project priorities effectively.
  
• Possess strong analytical problemsolving and agile thinking skills.
  
• Exhibit robust collaboration communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively influence both management and users.
  
• Preferred experience with cloud computing big data and artificial intelligence technologies.
  
• Additional advantage if familiar with CRM Ecommerce Web & App Management.
