Job Description

EveryMatrix is looking for a skilled and passionate Junior Accountant to join our Finance department in Bucharest.

Company Intro:

EveryMatrix is a leading B2B SaaS provider delivering iGaming software content and services. We provide platform casino sports betting payments and affiliate systems to over 300 customers worldwide. EveryMatrix is a member of the World Lottery Association (WLA) and European Lotteries Association. In September 2023 it became the first iGaming supplier to receive WLA Safer Gambling Certification. EveryMatrix is proud of its commitment to safer gambling and player protection whilst producing market leading gaming solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for uploading requesting approval and posting invoices / receipts in the accounting software (Microsoft DynamicsNavision);
  • Record and reconcile bank statements;
  • Reconciliation of vendor balances;
  • Reconciliation of intercompany transactions and balances;
  • Reconciliation of accruals and prepayment accounts;
  • Any other ad hoc requirement related to finance department.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in an Economics related field;
  • Experience of at least 12 years in accounting;
  • Experience with Microsoft DynamicsNavision is a plus;
  • Very good knowledge of Excel;
  • Ability to follow documented procedures logical thinking;
  • Capable of researching standards for registering certain operations;
  • Proactive in improving and automating some of the activity;
  • Very good communication skills;
  • English knowledge medium level;
  • Very good organizer attention to details analytical mind;
  • Team player;
  • Can work independently;
  • Willingness to continuously learn and improve;
  • Outstanding work ethics.


Work Life Balance:

  • Enjoy 22 annual leave days with the number increasing to 32 after 5 years with the company;
  • 10 sick leave days per year (without a doctors note);
  • 40% work from home over any 3month period after the first 3 months;
  • During the first 3 months 100% work from the office central location near University Square;
  • If returning to work soon after having child 1 year 100% WFH for mothers;
  • WFH after child is born for fathers: 13 weeks of 100% WFH (from the day of the birth of the child).
