Job Summary:
The Commercial Director will oversee the full client life cycle from Marketing to Sales to Account Management to ensure maximum client acquisition and retention for OddsMatrix inside EveryMatrix.
OddsMatrix developed by EveryMatrix is a sports betting platform known for its extensive markets competitive odds and userfriendly interface. It caters to both operators and players offering prematch and live betting options along with tools for risk management and player engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Owner of Go to Market strategy and execution. Channeling the agreed vision through sales commercial customer management marketing & PR and supply chain;
- Represent the company and support brand positioning;
- Participate in industry events and forums;
- Together with the Head of Marketing manage the marketing budget including PR events and digital marketing. Essentially we need the ability to direct where to spend marketing investment to support gotomarket strategy. Big focus on industry awards to support EM strategy;
- Implement bestinclass sales processes covering deal flow & approvals pipeline management commission schemes presentations RFP responses and consultative SAAS sales approaches;
- Including legal/commercial compliance and project management engagement;
- Driving bottomline growth and upselling revenue opportunities within the sports customer base;
- Develop and implement EveryMatrix cross sell projects;
- Develop and implement outbound projects for targeted operators;
- Ensure proper management of the sales team sales process and sales reporting;
- Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities;
- Leading all major sales acquisitions across multiple geographical areas;
- Personally engage with and cultivate top leads and clients in the business pipeline;
- KPI setting & Performance monitoring in line with Group sales;
- Keep a high level of CRM hygiene and deal value approval;
- Training of colleagues and product feedback;
- Value proposition creation & tailoring to specific client needs;
Requirements:
- At least 35 years in a similar position in the iGaming industry;
- Strong sales background;
- Good knowledge and understanding of digital marketing and marketing tools;
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes;
- Strong background in multiple team management;
- A basic technical understanding of the process involved during the practical implementation of gambling products including also regulatory requirements.
- Advantageous if mastering a 2nd language i.e. Spanish.
