EveryMatrix is looking for a Global Recruitment Lead to join our HR Team in Bucharest.

Reporting to the Head of HR the ongoing position of Global Recruitment Lead is primarily responsible for supporting EveryMatrix with the recruitment and resourcing needs by delivering an internal endtoend recruitment service to the organization across all sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Recruitment team across Europe and Asia and overview recruitment for 12 different countries.
  • Expand and execute a global recruitment strategy aligned with the companys overall goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including business leaders HR partners hiring managers and external vendors to understand hiring needs priorities and challenges.
  • Enhance the companys employer brand globally to attract top talent. Develop and implement initiatives to showcase the companys culture values and career opportunities across different channels such as social media industry events.
  • Oversee the sourcing strategies to identify and engage with passive and active candidates. Utilize various channels such as job boards social networking sites talent communities and employee referrals to build a diverse pipeline of candidates.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts. Generate regular reports to evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as timetofill quality of hire and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Leverage technology and innovative tools to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Provide guidance mentorship and support to the recruitment team to ensure alignment with the recruitment strategy and achievement of targets.

Requirements:

    • Extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition (min 5 years) preferably in a global or multinational company.
    • Proven track record of success in leading recruitment teams (min 3 years) and managing endtoend recruitment processes.
    • Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Familiarity with global recruitment practices and cultural nuances across different regions.
    • Ability to mentor coach and develop team members to achieve individual and team goals.
    • Strategic thinking and the ability to translate organizational objectives into actionable recruitment plans

    • Experience working in or managing recruitment efforts across multiple regions or countries is highly desirable.
    • Resilience to overcome setbacks and maintain focus on achieving recruitment goals amidst uncertainties.
    • Genuine enthusiasm for identifying and attracting top talent and a commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
