Overview:
As an Intern Recruitment you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment team in identifying attracting and hiring top talent for our organization. Your contributions will directly impact the overall growth and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating job descriptions and posting them on various job boards.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial screenings of potential candidates.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support in conducting reference checks and background screenings.
- Assist in organizing and attending career fairs and recruitment events.
- Participate in brainstorming and implementing innovative recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with team members on various recruitment projects and initiatives.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Contribute to the creation of recruitment reports and analytics.
- Learn and adhere to recruiting best practices and policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
- Previous internship or work experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
