We are looking for dedicated quality assurance analyst professionals with excellent communication and 36 years of experience in call monitoring in international process for a leading investment management company in India.
Experience: 24 years
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
Workdays: 5
Qualification: Graduation
Shift: Night (7:30 PM 3:30 AM)
Ideal candidate:
36 years of experience in call monitoring and quality assurance from BPO industry with excellent communication in international process.
The interested professional should be currently living in Bangalore.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating/maintaining monthly reporting as well as providing feedback to team leaders and stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate must possess excellent customer service skills analytical thinking and experience managing associates in a contact centre environment.
- This position is committed to providing a bestinclass experience to the residents prospects and vendors (realtors HOAs etc.)
