- Abgeschlossenes Studium in den relevanten Themengebieten
- Je nach Einstiegslevel (Berufseinsteiger:in bis Manager:in) Erfahrung in der Beratung, im Management von (Teil-)Projekten und/oder im Öffentlichen Sektor (z.B. Verwaltungs-/Stiftungswesen, öffentliche Einrichtungen)
- Interesse an der Gestaltung von (Digitalen) Transformationsprojekten, Innovations- und Technologieaffinität, Begeisterung für die Arbeit in einem agilen Projektumfeld
- Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache (Schrift und Wort)
