Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst you will be working with clients & the delivery team to design and develop solutions around applications of AI technology in transforming organisations into cognitive enterprises. You will be responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders across business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics analyzing methodologies suggesting operation improvements and building proposal evaluations in a crossfunctional environment.

In this role you will need to:

• Build high quality and detailed specification documents SOWs presentations etc. for ongoing & upcoming engagements.
  

• Play an active role in all aspects of client engagement.
  

• Be the bridge between Business and Technology teams during all phases of delivery.
  

• Drive projects to successful closure by managing scope & timelines.
  

• Be functionally and technically proficient in products & solutions.
  

• Track and report data
  

• Build crossfunctional partnerships internally and externally

• Maintain a competitive market knowledge.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s Degree in Information Systems / Business Analytics or equivalent.
  

• Strong written verbal and collaboration skills
  

• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite Business intelligence tools (Tableau PowerBi)
  

• Selfmotivated with a cando attitude and willingness to learn.
  

• Comfortable working in unstructured environments.
  

• Experience in Customer Lifecycle management customer segmentation campaign management digital journey and engagement.
  

• Candidates with a technology background a business degree will also be considered.
  

• Local candidates based in Thailand will be preferred.
