Key Responsibilities Areas
- Total revenue generated by business.
- Maintain critical relationships with channel partners/ platform partners
- Maintain critical relationships with distributors
- Increase average order value
- Ensure compliance to organizational processes
- Ensure compliance to law of the land
- Develop sales strategies and plans that are aligned to the organisations sales targets and goals
- Provide feedback coaching and mentoring to team members
- Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders for business growth
Key Performance Indicators
- Watch Primary and Tertiary targets
- FK Myntra Nykaa
- Flipkart Alpha partner and Myntra Alpha Partner
- YoY: 110%
- 0 compliance issue
- zero breakage of law of land
- JBP Closure with: Flipkart and Myntra
- Manage the team member allocate KRA/KPI and evaluate
- Develop relationship with functional teams in Casio and outside and leverage relationship to get the work done
