Kitchen Manager

• Daytoday kitchen operations
• Develop and lead team to provide great guest services and a spirit of fun
• Ensure health and safety codes are met
• Control food and beverage profit & loss
• Recruit interview and hire team members
• Conduct performance appraisals motivate and trains
• Ensure maintenance of equipment facility and grounds through the use of a preventative maintenance program
• Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
• Ensure complete and timely execution of marketing programs
• Ensure a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviors of the team

• 3 years experience as a Kitcchen Manager or Sous Chef or Head Chef
• Knowledge of authentic Italian Cooking methods a plus
• ServSafe certification
• No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years or 3 in the last 9 years (unless a restaurant was closed or sold).
• The ability to articulate prior success stories.
• Understannding of food costing.
