Job8412Seeking a Speech Therapist to provide Speech Therapy services for Rehabilitation Services Department in accordance with the American Speech Language Hearing Association Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice State of West Virginia law and hospital policy. The main responsibilities include:Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patients condition.Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family.Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services.Supervises activities of clinical fellows students and other support personnel.At Logan Regional Medical Center we recognize that our patients deserve qualified engaged and competent Therapists.
