Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory management and verify that all parts are correctly stocked and displayed for optimal visibility and accessibility
  
• Organize merchandise and participate in modifying displays to reflect current inventory
  
• Label different parts based on their function and price using predetermined methods by the organization and documentation
  
• Inspect returned parts to find defects and promptly assist the team with a replacement
  
• Participate in accepting shipments of parts sending orders to customers and documenting all inventory that enters and exits the facility
  
• Efficiently managing inventory ensuring ready availability of material to meet production and dispatch targets
  
• Budgeting funds for procurement and sourcing of materials ensuring optimum utilization of materials & maximum cost savings
  
• Supervising logistic operations sea freights and inland transportation up to factory warehousing
  
• Creating PO requested by/from purchasing managers
