Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Associate HR to manage the HR operations of our organization. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing endtoend HR operations including recruitment onboarding employee engagement performance management and compliance.


Responsibilities:

  • Attendance Management:
    • Manage employee attendance records and ensure timely updates.
    • Monitor employee attendance and leave requests and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
    • Prepare attendance reports and present them to management as required.
  • Onboarding and Induction:
    • Plan and coordinate new employee onboarding and induction programs.
    • Ensure the smooth transition of new employees into the organization.
    • Manage the complete process of employee documentation and data management.
  • Payroll Management:
    • Manage endtoend payroll processing for all employees.
    • Calculate salaries bonuses and other payments and ensure timely employee payments.
    • Ensure compliance with tax laws and other statutory requirements.
    • Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare reports as required.
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Develop and implement employee engagement programs.
    • Conduct employee surveys and analyze results to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
    • Facilitate communication and engagement among employees.
  • Performance Management:
    • Manage the performance management process including goal setting midyear and annual appraisals and performance improvement plans.
    • Ensure timely completion of the performance management process and facilitate communication between managers and employees.
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Maintain uptodate records of employee documentation and ensure that they are in compliance with legal requirements.
    • Manage employee grievance redressal and disciplinary actions.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Master / Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices policies and procedures.
  • Experience in recruitment employee engagement and performance management.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications.


Requirements: Master / Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR operations. Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures. Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications.
