Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive at our office located in Sector 5 Kolkata. As a leading consultancy company and Zoho Premium Partner we specialise in providing comprehensive solutions to businesses including system setup implementation and data migrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities building relationships with potential clients and promoting our range of services.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research networking and lead generation activities.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in related field
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects clients and key stakeholders.
4. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our services and solutions to prospective clients.
5. Understand client requirements and business challenges to position effectively our offerings and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and quotations for clients.
7. Negotiate terms and agreements with clients ensuring winwin outcomes for both parties.
8. Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company consistently striving for business growth and expansion.
9. Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. 10.Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities pipeline status and market feedback to management.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
2. Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles preferably in the IT or consultancy industry.
3. Strong understanding of business processes and solutions with knowledge of ERP systems like Zoho being a plus.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decisionmakers.
5. Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a proactive approach to achieving targets and overcoming challenges.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team with strong organizational and time management skills.
7. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software with the ability to learn new tools and technologies as needed.
