Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Financial Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales marketing BPO or banking and possess a bachelors degree. As a Financial Consultant you will play a crucial role in new client acquisition and crossselling financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

New Client Acquisition:Identify and approach potential clients to expand the customer base.

CrossSelling:Promote and sell a range of financial products to existing and new clients providing tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.

Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their financial objectives are met and provide ongoing support.

Financial Analysis:Conduct financial assessments and analysis to understand clients financial goals and recommend suitable products.

Compliance:Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.

Achievement of Targets:Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Travel requirement::Up to 70% travel

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales marketing BPO or banking.

Bachelors degree in a relevant field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good understanding of financial products and services.

Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
