- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Provide technical guidance coaching and support to team members.
- Drive the professional development of team members through training and skillbuilding initiatives.
- Design develop and maintain highquality Java applications meeting business requirements.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and implement software solutions.
- Ensure code quality performance and adherence to best practices.
- Lead the planning execution and delivery of Java development projects.
- Work closely with project managers to define project scope goals and deliverables.
- Track project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Stay current with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in Java development.
- Provide technical leadership and expertise in architecting and implementing Java solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including business analysts QA engineers and system architects to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Implement and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure the delivery of highquality reliable software.
What are we looking for
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 10 years of handson experience in Java development.
- Proven experience leading and managing development teams.
- Strong knowledge of Java Spring framework and related technologies.
- Experience with web services RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with database design and SQL.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
