Job Description
Position Overview:
As a Supply Intern you will play a key role in the success of our events by supporting hosts during the onboarding process and maintaining strong relationships with them. This internship will provide exposure to various aspects of event planning and execution.
Responsibilities:
This is a fulltime onsite Supply Intern role located in Bengaluru. As a Supply Intern your daytoday tasks will be:
- Assist in onboarding hosts for upcoming events providing them with necessary information and resources.
- Collaborate with hosts to understand their event requirements and help in the planning process.
- Maintain regular communication with hosts to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of events.
- Collect feedback from hosts to continuously improve the onboarding process and overall experience.
- Support the logistics and coordination of events both onsite and remotely.
- Provide general administrative support to the event management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on crossfunctional teams
- Attention to detail ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Previous internship or project experience in supply chain management or logistics is a plus
