We re seeking an experienced individual to drive IIDE s website s search performance. You ll be
responsible for all aspects of SEO including onpage and offpage optimization technical
optimization along with content strategy. You must be datadriven skilled at tracking and reporting SEO metrics and have a strong understanding of CRO. If you re an SEO expert with leadership experience we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive keyword research to pinpoint key terms and phrases aligned with our business and industry. Evaluate and choose topperforming keywords for enhancing content and boosting search engine rankings.
  
• Ensure proper implementation of onpage/offpage SEO along with the best practices being followed in the industry.
  
• Conduct technical SEO audits of different sections of the website to identify and resolve issues affecting site performance.
  
• Collaborate with the development team to implement technical SEO recommendations including site speed improvements mobile optimization schema markup & many more. Optimize content for both users and search engines ensuring it meets quality and relevance standards.
  
• Identify opportunities for building highquality backlinks through outreach partnerships and content collaboration.
  
• Develop and execute linkbuilding strategies to increase the website s authority and
  Trustworthiness.
• Monitor analyze and report on key SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics Google Search Console and other SEO software. Followed by providing regular performance reports and insights to key stakeholders.
  
• Stay current with industry trends search engine algorithms and best practices in SEO & proactively implement new strategies and techniques to stay ahead of the competition.
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Should have interest in new learning & initiatives.
  
• Have experience with SEO industry tools such as Google Analytics Google Search Console SEMRush Google Adwords Ahrefs Screaming Frog Site Speed Insights etc.
  
• Analytical and Process oriented with DataDriven Approach
  
• Ability to handle a team of 36 people.
  
• Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress.
  
• Should be very comfortable with MS Office & Advance Excel.
  
• Proactiveness ownership and accountability for the SEO campaigns & team members is a must.
  
• A critical thinker problemsolver person with organizational skills.
  
• Good timemanagement & multitasking skills.
  
• Should understand the financial ecosystem of the SEO process to drive more business growth and success for the organization.
  

• Stay current with industry trends search engine algorithms and best practices in SEO.
  
• 3 years of SEO Industry Experience.
  
• Should have strong knowledge of search engine algorithms strategies and ranking methods.
