Mandatory Skills : SAP VIM SAP FI Open Text
This role provides support (Analyse troubleshoot and resolve business process or functional application problems reported by endusers) on one of the finance modules.
Additionally they analyse diagnose and recommend action for bug fixes upgrade updates and configuration changes.
They also assist in the training and support endusers on the use of these modules to accomplish business objectives and improve the operational efficiency.
They are experts in one of the ERP Finance modules ( VIM in this case).
They have excellent knowledge in Business Process mapping and configuring environment.
