Job Description:

Were looking to add a driven and teachable member to our corporate recruitment team here in Waco Texas. We are constantly expanding and starting new offices across the country. This position is responsible for sourcing recruiting and hiring contract work personnel in our new markets to help set up our licensure. You will be responsible for finding these individuals and will also be their first interview in our hiring process.

Requirements:

• 1 year a professional experience at any level
• Ability to learn quickly
• Teachable
• Driven and motivated
• Problem Solver

Job Responsibilities:

• Will Travel 25% nationally

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

• Screen candidates resumes and job applications

• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods to filter candidates within schedule.

• Assess applicants relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience and aptitudes.

• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.

• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary with bonus opportunities; commensurate with experience
