Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy Development
- Lead the formulation and execution of the commercial strategy for largescale residential solar projects
- Identify growth opportunities and revenue streams within the solar market
Sales and Business Development
- Drive sales efforts including client acquisition and relationship management
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers suppliers and partners.
Project Management
- Oversee the endtoend execution of solar projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Manage project budgets timelines and resources effectively
- Coordinate with crossfunctional internal teams (compliance procurement operations finance and customer experience) to achieve project milestones
Market Research and Analysis
- Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and regulatory changes
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks
Finance Performance
- Monitor project financials track costs and optimise profitability
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts for senior management
Risk Management
- Mitigate risks related to project execution contracts and market dynamics
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors degree in business administration engineering or a related field
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in commercial management preferably within the renewable energy sector
- Familiarity with largescale solar projects and the residential market
- Strong negotiation communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional environment
- Resultsorientated mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives
