Responsibilities:
- Identify develop and nurture new business opportunities within the B2B sector focusing on Refinery solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders clients and industry partners to foster collaboration and drive business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and potential areas for expansion.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing operations and finance to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients showcasing the companys products and services.
- Negotiate and close highvalue contracts and agreements ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Stay informed about industry developments regulatory changes and emerging technologies to identify business opportunities and risks.
- Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities to senior management.
- Travel as needed to meet with clients attend industry events and explore new markets.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of 510 years in B2B business development with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in the Refinery is highly desirable with a particular advantage for candidates with experience in refineryrelated projects.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes customer relationship management and market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Resultsoriented mindset with a strategic approach to business development.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and other relevant business development software.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
