• Lead the creative process across various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, web, and advertising
  
• Develop and execute creative concepts that align with brand and marketing objectives

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field
  
• 8+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising environment
  
• Proven experience leading a creative team and overseeing the creative process
  
• Strong understanding of design principles and typography
  
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tactics
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders
  
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
