What you ll do:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers
- Build & strengthen customer relationships
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- handle appropriate followup calls and emails
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of the company s business model in order to answer all customer related inquiries
- Demonstrate the value of Prosperr.io to our customers every day by providing amazing customer support
